LOS ANGELES, CA, July 26, 2016 – LiveDeposition, the leading developer of local and remote litigation event technology for the legal industry, announces their plans to exhibit at the 2016 National Court Reporters Association’s Annual Convention and Expo, which will be held from August 4-7, 2016 in Chicago, Illinois at The Hilton Chicago.

The National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) is an internationally recognized organization known for being the premier educational and informational resource for court reporters and other professionals whose job entails capturing the spoken word and converting it to text. Their annual convention and expo is the largest yearly gathering of court reporters, broadcast and CART captioners, scopists, legal videographers, trial presenters, and other legal services professionals. In addition to a number of educational seminars and social events, the convention also features an expo area where attendees can check out a number of vendors showcasing the latest products and services available to the court reporting industry. This is going to be LiveDeposition’s fifth year exhibiting at the convention.

The Expo Hall will be open from Thursday, August 4, 2016 to Saturday, August 6, 2016. Tawny Labrum, Marketing Director and Jason Richmond, Vice President of Business Development, will be in Booth 416 representing LiveDeposition, answering attendee questions, and demonstrating the company’s line of local and remote, video conferencing, realtime streaming, and electronic exhibit solutions. “We are excited to be exhibiting at the 2016 NCRA Annual Convention and Expo once again!” stated Tawny Labrum. “It’s always a pleasure to be able to network with new and existing clients in such a relaxed environment. The products we produce are based-off the needs of the industry. We feel that by participating in the industry’s largest gathering of professionals we are able to get a better idea as to what those needs are and in turn develop beneficial solutions for reporters.”
In addition to exhibiting, Jason Richmond will be participating in a workshop being held on Saturday, August 6, 2016 from 4:00-5:30pm. Geared towards court reporting teachers and students, the workshop will cover technology needed to get started as a reporter, technology that would be nice to have, and upcoming technology to be aware of.
