Since your agency first opened, what do you feel has changed the most in the industry?
The cost pressures corporations are placing on their outside law firms is a significant challenge the industry has been faced with in recent years. Corporations have continued to demand high quality legal work and at the same time are looking for ways to reduce their legal spend.

Law firms are finding the practice of law is becoming more competitive and corporations are bringing more legal work in-house.

Law firms are reducing fixed costs and outsourcing non-core work in an effort to become more competitive.
