With LiveDeposition.com’s RealTime Exhibits, participating parties can now introduce exhibit files directly into streaming deposition rooms for deponent, attorney or expert viewing. This update eliminates the need for an external database, which in the past was required for attendees to view and collaborate on exhibit files.
The ability for participants to upload and download exhibit files is based off of permissions set forth by the deposition stream manager. Depending on the requirements and conditions of the deposition, a participant may be given full privileges to upload and download exhibit files, or if security is an issue, the stream manager may limit a specific party to just being able to upload exhibit files, just being able to download exhibit files, or restrict access to viewing/downloading exhibit files all together.
