Welcome to the service request page for eSuite Elite. If you are a current eSuite customer, you can request this add-on service for an upcoming event by submitting the form below. eSuite Elite costs $200 per event. This fee is in addition to the normal event charges (setup fees, connection fees, etc.). Once the form has been submitted, your event will be scheduled and email invitations will be sent to the appropriate parties. With this service you will receive:

• Setup of the Event: LiveLitigation staff will create the event, add participants, and double check all settings to ensure the job is set up correctly.
• Monitoring of the Event: Each Elite event will include one hour of active monitoring from a LiveLitigation technician that starts 30 minutes before the event and extends 30 minutes into the event’s time. This allows us to help the reporter and/or videographer start streaming and to assist all participants with their connections, as well as answer any questions they may have about realtime, video, or exhibits. By monitoring the event, the goal is to make sure that every attendee’s participation is as satisfying as possible.
• Adjustment of the Event: During Elite events, the LiveLitigation technician will make any necessary modifications to the event, once again ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for your clients. Adjustments the technician will be able to make include adding people to the event, changing permissions to the event, changing the conference line, as well as any other adjustments determined by the technician to be necessary to increase the quality of the event.
