LiveLitigation Launches Newly Redesigned eSuite Platform

LiveLitPressRelease

LOS ANGELES, CA, September 14, 2016 – LiveLitigation, a world leader in local and remote litigation event software, announced today the launch of their newly redesigned web-based litigation event platform, eSuite.

Formally known as RemoteRealtime, eSuite is LiveLitigation’s flagship product.  A breakthrough technology developed specifically for the legal industry, eSuite provides attorneys and other litigation professionals with an online platform to participate in depositions, trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations, from anywhere around the world.

From eSuite’s all-in-one interface, attendees of any litigation event can receive a live feed of a court reporter’s realtime transcript, participate in one-way or two-way video conferencing, communicate with team members using non-discoverable private group chat, and even introduce, manage, and collaborate on paperless digital exhibits.

The latest release reflects years of client feedback, wherein a majority of the focus has been spent on improving the user interface.  These changes are the most significant changes made to LiveLitigation’s product since it was first released in early 2011.  “Our vision at LiveLitigation has always been to develop solutions for the legal industry that are straightforward and easy to use,” stated Tawny Labrum, LiveLitigation’s Director of Marketing.  “We are excited to unveil this new platform to the legal industry.  eSuite takes all the responses we have gathered over the past few years from our clients and implements them into a fresh, clean, easier to use, all-in-one dynamic solution.”

The enhancements reflected in this redesign include the following:

  • A brand new user interface for attendees, stream managers, and moderators, including a more user friendly set of icons on the top navigation bar.
  • A new feature layout that arranges realtime, video, and electronic exhibits equally on the display. No more overlap.
  • Larger, high-quality video windows and text.
  • A redesigned chat experience for attendees, with unified group chat or private chat options, as well as banner notifications.
  • An updated Realtime Highlight Report, where attendees can add their personal notes to the highlighted lines.
  • In-meeting notifications, whereby moderators and stream managers can initiate in-room announcements to all connected users.

Current LiveLitigation eSuite clients will be able to see these changes instantly, as their accounts will be updated automatically, without and interruption to their service.  Those clients interested in learning more about the recent changes to the eSuite product, are invited to attend an exclusive client webinar being put on by LiveLitigation on Tuesday, September 20, 2016.  More information regarding this webinar can be found here: http://livelitigation.com/webinars/client-webinar/
