LiveLitigation Adds Remote Streaming Subscriptions to LocalRealtime Product

LiveLitPressRelease
LOS ANGELES, CA, August 2, 2016 – LiveLitigation, a global leader in local and remote litigation event technology, has recently begun offering new remote streaming subscription plans as an optional add-on to their LocalRealtime onsite transcript delivery product.

LiveLitigation’s LocalRealtime is a fully universal solution that provides court reporters with a simple, straightforward way to wirelessly deliver their realtime transcript to onsite litigation event participants. From any PC, Mac, iPad, Kindle Fire, or Android mobile device, attorneys and other legal professionals participating in depositions, trials, hearings, arbitrations, or mediations can quickly view realtime text, search for and highlight keywords, as well as export the transcript into any litigation realtime viewing software.

The ability to stream realtime text to off-site remote participants through LocalRealtime was a feature added to the product in early 2015, however it was initially only offered on a per use basis. With the new improved unlimited streaming subscription plans, court reporters using LiveLitigation’s LocalRealtime product can select from a number of available packages that offer unrestricted streaming on a yearly basis.

“There are many times when an attorney needs to view a transcript, but for one reason or another are unable to make it to the physical location where the litigation event is being held. That is where remote realtime streaming comes into play,” stated Bob Scott, Director of Operations at LiveLitigation. “Based on the feedback we received from our clients, we decided that offering unlimited remote realtime streaming subscription packages for one yearly rate was the best way to go. Now Court Reporters, CART Providers, and Broadcast Captioners can simultaneously deliver their realtime to both local, onsite clients, as well as remote attendees around the world, in an economical way.”

LiveLitigation offers another product, called RemoteRealtime, which includes realtime streaming, video conferencing, electronic exhibits, and non-discoverable chat, all in one web-based platform, but that product is geared towards Court Reporting Agencies. LocalRealtime was designed with the individual freelance court reporter in mind and is limited to text only.

“We believe our clients will be able to benefit greatly from these new subscription options. In addition to creating additional opportunities for revenue, court reporters can offer services adaptable to the needs of their clients using a secure, encrypted web-based platform,” Scott continued.

Unlimited remote streaming subscription plans begin at just $199 per year and can be added to a LocalRealtime account at any time.
